Below you will find short guidelines on what information is needed depending on the type of request. This helps us understand the context faster and provide a specific, accurate response.

  • New order (implementation/features): business goal, key functions, number of users, required integrations (e.g. payments/courier/ERP), expected delivery deadline.
  • Project valuation: scope in bullet points, current status (if something is already working), technologies (if you know them), test access (if it exists), preferences: cloud/hosting, non-functional requirements (SLA, GDPR).
  • Counter-offer (based on a competitor’s quote): describe the priority (time/price/scope), planned start date, possible “must-haves”.
  • Urgent! - failure: description of the symptoms and when it started, link to the environment (prod/test), what changed recently (deploy/updates), phone contact. Mark that this request is URGENT.
