3. Using the website means accepting these Terms.

4. The User undertakes to use the website in accordance with the law, principles of social coexistence, and the provisions of these Terms.

§2. Scope of services

1. The All In Idea website is informational and presentation-oriented and enables:

  • learning about the offer of IT services, automation, system integration, and technology consulting,
  • contacting All In Idea via forms,
  • subscribing to the newsletter,
  • participating in promotional and informational campaigns organized by All In Idea.

2. Using the forms requires providing personal data necessary to process the inquiry - details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

§3. Technical requirements

1. To use the website, the following are required:

  • access to the Internet,
  • an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.),
  • enabled cookies and JavaScript support.

2. The Administrator is not responsible for the unavailability of the website resulting from technical reasons beyond their control.

§4. Liability

1. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the published content is reliable, up to date, and truthful.

2. The content published on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 §1 of the Polish Civil Code.

3. The Administrator is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the website in a manner contrary to the law or these Terms.

§1. General provisions

1. This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing personal data by ALL IN IDEA Piotr Lutowski, with its registered office in Połczyno, NIP 5871590450, REGON 384551277, operating as a sole proprietorship, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”.

3. The Administrator ensures that users' data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.

4. The purpose of this document is to explain what data is collected, for what purpose, on what basis, and how the user may exercise their rights.

§2. Scope of processed data

1. The Administrator processes data voluntarily provided by the user, in particular:

  • first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number - in contact forms,
  • e-mail address - for newsletter subscriptions,
  • data contained in e-mail correspondence.

2. The Administrator may also process technical data:

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, visit time, traffic source,
  • data collected by analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics) - more in the Cookies Policy.

§3. Purposes and legal bases for data processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • responding to an inquiry from the form - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps prior to entering into a contract),
  • performance of IT services and projects - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract),
  • sending the newsletter and informational materials - based on the user's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
  • sending occasional offers, discounts, and promotional information - based on additional marketing consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
  • traffic analytics and website statistics (Google Analytics and similar tools) - the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
  • participation in promotions (e.g. “Collect % for activity”) - based on the Participant's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

§4. Newsletter and commercial communication

1. The user may voluntarily subscribe to the All In Idea newsletter by providing an e-mail address and selecting the appropriate consents.

2. Consent to the newsletter includes receiving news, educational materials, and information about All In Idea services.

3. Additional, optional marketing consent allows the user to receive offers, discounts, and promotions.

4. Newsletter subscription may be carried out in a double opt-in system - after subscribing, the user must confirm the e-mail address.

5. Each message contains an “Unsubscribe” link enabling immediate withdrawal of consent.

§5. Data retention period

1. Data processed based on consent is stored until the consent is withdrawn.

2. Data related to contract performance - until the limitation period for claims expires or until tax law requirements are met.

3. Technical data from cookies - according to their validity period or until deleted by the user.

§6. Data recipients

1. Data may be entrusted to entities supporting the Administrator, including:

  • hosting and mail providers (server, domain operator),
  • mailing system providers (e.g. MailerLite, Brevo, Mailchimp),
  • entities providing analytics services (Google Analytics, Meta Platforms, LinkedIn, etc.).

2. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area, except to entities ensuring GDPR compliance (e.g. Google, Meta), with the use of appropriate legal safeguards.

§7. Rights of the data subject

Each user has the right to:

  • access their data,
  • rectify or delete it,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object or withdraw consent at any time,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

1. Data sent via the contact form is used solely to respond to the inquiry and is not used for marketing purposes without separate consent.

6. Account and billing

ALL IN IDEA Piotr Lutowski provides IT services, automation, and system integration in the B2B model. The allinidea.pl website does not operate a classic user account system like online stores do. Cooperation is based on individual arrangements with the client.

Billing

  • payment terms, deadlines, scope of work, and rates are agreed individually with the client,
  • VAT invoices issued by ALL IN IDEA Piotr Lutowski are the basis for settlements,
  • detailed terms of cooperation are set out in agreements concluded with clients or e-mail arrangements.

7. Promotion Terms “Collect % for activity. Up to 6% cheaper at the start!”

§1. General provisions

1. These Terms define the rules of the promotional campaign called “Collect % for activity. Up to 6% cheaper at the start!”, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”.

2. The organizer of the Promotion is ALL IN IDEA Piotr Lutowski, conducting business activity with its registered office in Połczyno, NIP 5871590450, REGON 384551277, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

3. Contact with the Organizer: kontakt@allinidea.pl.

4. The Promotion is open in nature and is addressed to natural persons, entrepreneurs, and companies that wish to use IT services, automation, integration, or technology consulting offered by All In Idea.

5. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge.

§2. Promotion duration

1. The Promotion is valid from 08 November 2025 until revoked or until the discount pool is exhausted.

2. The Organizer may end or extend the Promotion by publishing appropriate information on the allinidea.pl website.

§3. Participation rules

1. The Participant may obtain up to a 6% discount on the first order or project carried out by All In Idea.

2. The discount is calculated based on promotional activities performed by the Participant, such as:

  • liking or following the All In Idea profile on a social media platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, YouTube) - +1% for each unique action,
  • liking and sharing the indicated promotional post - +1%.

3. The total discount possible to obtain is a maximum of 6% on the first order.

4. Each activity may be counted only once.

§4. Granting and using the discount

1. After performing the activity, the Participant contacts the Organizer (e.g. via messenger or e-mail), indicating the performed actions and contact details.

2. The Organizer may ask for confirmation of the activity (e.g. screenshot, profile link).

3. After verifying the actions, the Organizer informs the Participant about the granted discount level.

4. The discount is included in the first invoice / first order carried out for the given Participant.

5. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

6. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes unless the Organizer decides otherwise.

§5. Limitations and reservations

1. The Promotion applies exclusively to All In Idea's own services (analysis, IT projects, system integrations, automations, consultations).

2. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to grant the discount in the event of:

  • finding abuse (including fake accounts, automated activity, bots),
  • violation of the rules of the social media platforms where the activity took place,
  • actions contrary to these Terms.

§6. Personal data protection

1. The controller of Participants' personal data is ALL IN IDEA Piotr Lutowski.

2. Data is processed for the purpose of handling the Promotion, granting the discount, and contacting the Participant - on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. The Participant has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, restrict processing, transfer data, and lodge a complaint with the President of UODO.

4. Data will be stored for the duration of the Promotion and for a maximum of 12 months after it ends.

5. Detailed data protection rules are set out in the All In Idea Privacy Policy.

§7. Complaints

1. Complaints related to the Promotion may be submitted electronically to: kontakt@allinidea.pl within 14 days from the end date of the Promotion for a given Participant.

2. Complaints will be considered within 14 business days from the date of receipt.

3. The Organizer's decision is final.

§8. Final provisions

1. Participation in the Promotion means acceptance of these Terms.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms at any time, which will be announced on the website.

3. In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
